-For discounted products, transportation associated with “exchanges and returns” will not be included.

-All information about shipping and returns may be modified by different situations such as: pre-purchases, promotions, times of high demand, etc.
Changes or returns
As long as the purchase has not been made with any discount, the first exchange or return will be made without collection and shipping costs (only in Zone 1) as long as it is made within the first 15 days after delivery. From that moment on, if the purchase was subject to some type of discount or if it is requested from outside Zone 1, the exchange or return can be made in the same way but paying the collection costs of €5 for Zone 1 and €10 for Zone 2. Failed collections will always be the responsibility of the client (€5 and €10 respectively).
In Babau We will take care of the collection and, if an exchange is desired, also the next shipment.
In the case of exchange for a higher price model, the client must assume the difference in price with respect to the model to be exchanged, in Babau We will provide a link through which you can make the payment. In the event that the change is for a lower price model, we will be responsible for paying the difference.
How is the proccess?
To formalize the exchange or return, you must contact us through our contact page. Once this is done, we will take care of the entire process.
The product must be unused and with all its original labels and packaging. If this is not done or if the product has suffered any damage, there could be a depreciation or we could deny the exchange or return.
Once we receive the order and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed to make the exchange for the desired model or refund the entire amount paid.
If you only wish to return one or some of the products that are part of the order, shipping costs paid for the entire order will not be refunded.
The refund will be made as soon as possible by us, but its execution will depend on the payment method used.
Return for manufacturing defect.
Any product that has a manufacturing defect may be returned free of charge. You will have 15 days from receipt of the product to inform us of the lack of conformity with it. The term could be extended by mutual agreement between the client and Babau. If the established period is exceeded, any damage or loss will be assumed by the client.
Once the product is received in Babau and once the defects have been confirmed, the client can do whatever she wants; exchange it for an identical one, for another model, or request a full refund.
