-For discounted products, transport associated with "exchanges and returns" will not be included.

-No changes or returns of products that have been personalized will be made.
-If the order is made before 1:00 p.m., it will most likely be shipped the same day.
-All the information about shipments and returns can be modified by different situations such as: pre-purchases, promotions, times of high demand, etc.
Changes or returns
As long as the purchase has not been made with a discount, the first change or return will be made without pick-up and shipping costs (only in Zone 1) as long as it is made within the first 15 days after delivery. From that moment on, if the purchase was subject to some type of discount or if it is requested from outside Zone 1, the change or return can be made in the same way but paying the collection costs of €5 for Zone 1 and €10 for Zone 2. Failed collections will always be paid by the customer (€5 and €10 respectively).
