SHIPPING AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

As long as the purchase was not made with any discount, the first exchange or return will be made without pickup and shipping costs (only in Zone 1), provided it is done within the first 15 days after delivery.

From that moment on, if the purchase was subject to a discount or if requested from outside Zone 1, the exchange or return will still be possible, but assuming the pickup costs of 5€ (Zone 1) or 10€ (Zone 2).

Failed pickups will also be charged to the customer (5€ and 10€ respectively).

To formalize the exchange or return, it is necessary to contact us through our contact page. Once the notice is received, we will take care of the entire process. (Más información in the “shipping and returns” section below).

- For discounted products, the transport associated with “cambios y devoluciones” will not be included.
- We do not make shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
- We do not accept returns of personalized products.
- If the order is placed before 1pm, it is more likely to be shipped the same day.
- All information about shipping and returns may be modified due to different situations such as: pre-orders, promotions, high demand periods, etc.
